Calm Mind
Flax Seeds - the great debate: ground vs whole.
Ground - Bio-available = your body can use the nutrients, including omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and lignans. Keep refrigerated as they begin to break down and can spoil easily! (I go for convenience and buy these ->)
Whole - passes through digestion, track mostly undigested, meaning you don’t get the full benefit. The hull must be broken down, but whole flax seeds do not spoil as quickly.
